Refund policy

I want you to love your Crybaby Pottery pieces! Because everything is handmade in small batches, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged during shipping. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before placing your order. Each piece is crafted one at a time, so even multiples of the same item will have natural variations in size, shape, and glaze. That uniqueness is what makes handmade ceramics so special.

If your order does arrive damaged, please send clear photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Some pieces are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. In those cases, I’ll issue a full refund. If the piece can be remade, I’ll create a replacement as close as possible to the original. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for completion.

Please note: if your order is marked as delivered by USPS but is lost, missing, or stolen, I’m unable to provide refunds for the item or shipping costs.
